Who we are

This website belongs to extrastudio, an architecture studio based at Rua Praia de Pedrouços 110, 1.º R, 1400-282 Lisbon, Portugal. For any question about your personal data, write to info@extrastudio.pt.

What data we process and why

Visitor statistics (Google Analytics). Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they see and where they come from. Google Analytics collects data such as the pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and a browser identifier. We do not use this data for advertising. Legal basis: your consent.

Messages you send us. If you email us, for example at info@extrastudio.pt or, for job applications, at internship@extrastudio.pt, we use the data you send (name, contact details, CV, portfolio) only to reply or to assess your application. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying.

Server logs. As with any website, the server automatically records technical data for each visit (IP address, date, page requested, browser), used only for security and operation. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Cookies

The first time you visit the site, you can accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

Necessary: we store your cookie choice in your browser (extrastudio-cookies) so we don't ask again.

Analytics (only with consent): Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*), which last up to 2 years.

You can change your choice at any time: .

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics and Google Maps) and the company that hosts the website. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The Instagram link takes you to an external site with its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months. Messages and applications are kept only for as long as needed to reply or to complete the recruitment process, unless you allow us to keep them for future opportunities.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and you can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. Just write to info@extrastudio.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
